Exit Device Compatibility · Lock comes with a 23/4" (70 mm) long tailpiece to operate exit device from the outside (exit device not included). · Exit device can have up to 60° rotation (either direction). · Installation may require recessing LP1000 thru-bolts on inside of door. · LP1000 may not be used with mortise design, or with most vertical rod devices. · Exit device may be "dogged" without affecting the LPI000.
